PARADISE VALLEY

Paradise Valley is nestled between Phoenix and Scottsdale. It’s an exclusive enclave of about 13,000 residents with 5,800 households.

What’s great about Paradise Valley

  • Large lots - with few exceptions the majority of Paradise Valley is zoned 1 acre or more.

  • Resorts - Given it location and natural beauty Paradise Valley is home to many of the valley’s finest resorts. It a great destination for visitors but also for locals to enjoy for happy hour or dinner. Later this year the Ritz Carlton will open, featuring a 400 foot pool that will be one of the longest resort pools in North America.

  • Airport proximity - located only 20 minutes or less from Sky Harbor Airport, getting back and forth is quick and easy.

  • Just minutes from Phoenix and Scottsdale

Some of my favorite spots

  • El Charro Lodge for dinner. A beautiful uniquely Arizona setting for dinner.

  • Drinks/Happy Hour at Camelback Inn or Sanctuary. One has views looking up at the mountains. The other has a view looking down from the mountain.

  • The Short Course at Mountain Shadows - the par 3 course is fun for everyone. Great for practicing the short game or the beginner. Regardless of how you shoot the view is a winner.
